- Review Requests: We use your Google Business Profile connection to send customers to your Google review page and to display incoming reviews within our platform.
- Messaging: Google Business Profile messages are routed to your Launch365 Messenger inbox so you can respond from a single platform.
- Analytics Display: GBP performance data (views, clicks, calls) is displayed within your Launch365 reporting dashboard.
Google user data accessed via Google APIs is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Google user data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

- Google OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form using AES-256 encryption at rest.
- All data in transit between Launch365 and Google APIs is encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Access to Google user data is restricted to Launch365 systems and personnel with a legitimate need.
- Google refresh tokens are stored securely and are used only to maintain your authorized connection.

These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality agreements.
